Ever wondered how we deliver awe-inspiring events every single time? The secret recipe lies in our well-defined policies. They are the guiding stars that ensure we're always on the right path, keeping your dreams and needs at the heart of everything we do.

Our policies ensure that every little detail is handled with no hidden surprises or unanticipated hitches. They are crafted to ensure transparency, honesty, and consistency, letting you rest easy knowing that your event is in safe, professional, and ethical hands. It'sall part of our mission to make your event journey smooth, dazzling, and worry-free.

1. Deposit of 20% is required to secure a date for services. The deposit will be applied to the balance.
2. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another date depending upon availability.
3. Flexible payment options are available. The full balance must be paid within 30 days of the event date.
4. Fast Dash Events refers to Events that are booked 90 days or less prior to the Event date. Fast Dash Events will incur an 18% surcharge to offset the cost of IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
5. Fast Dash Events deposit amount is 50% to secure the date, and the deposit will be applied to the balance. Full balance within 30 days of the event date applies.
6. Set-up time required is a minimum of 2.5 hours unless otherwise specified depending on specific details of the Event
7. Full disclosure of policies and procedures will be included and discussed in the consultation and included in contracts
